Software Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Software Engineer at Supercast (a Fox Corporation company), you will help shape the next chapter of a platform that powers premium subscriptions for top podcasts and creators, enabling them to build direct relationships with audiences and generate recurring revenue.
• • Day to day, you will work on both back-end and front-end features of a Ruby on Rails application, collaborate with Product and Design teams, troubleshoot customer issues, and see projects through to completion by meeting adoption and success criteria.
• • You will join a tight-knit, ambitious team building what Supercast believes will become the operating system for creator-led media businesses, reporting to the VP of Engineering and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
• • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with a modern tech stack including Ruby on Rails, Hotwire, AWS services, and AI-assisted development, while contributing to a mission-driven product used by hundreds of thousands of paying subscribers and influential creators.
