This innovative system will enable seamless collaboration between humans and AI agents, allowing them to work together on shared shells, filesystems, and state in real time, all while ensuring conflict-free operations. Your contributions will directly impact how software is developed, making it more accessible and collaborative than ever before.
• • You will be responsible for building high-throughput backend applications and services that form the backbone of our platform. This involves architecting robust, scalable systems capable of handling massive user loads and complex operations. Your work will ensure the reliability and performance of Replit, supporting our rapid growth and expanding feature set.
• • A key aspect of this role involves creating sophisticated tooling designed to help AI systems minimize mistakes.
