- • As a Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in building and scaling our cutting-edge AI systems that integrate directly with Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms. This is not a superficial application of AI; you will be involved in developing deep, integrated infrastructure that fundamentally alters how care is delivered, impacting both providers and patients.
- • You will contribute to a culture that is "AI-native by design," where AI is not just a tool but an integral part of our development process. We encourage engineers to leverage the latest AI tools, such as OpenAI, Langfuse, and Vertex AI, to maximize their output, automate repetitive tasks, and focus on high-impact, creative problem-solving. - • This role offers a unique opportunity for high agency and ownership. You will have the autonomy to drive features from their initial ideation through to production deployment. Your insights and contributions will directly influence the product roadmap and the technical direction of the company, providing you with a significant seat at the table.
- • You will be working with a modern technology stack, primarily Node.js and TypeScript, deployed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This means you’ll be writing new, impactful code without the burden of extensive legacy debt. Our focus is on building robust, scalable solutions that address current healthcare challenges, allowing you to concentrate on innovation and feature development.
- • We are building a vibrant engineering hub in Orlando, FL, and while we embrace a distributed team model, we value in-person collaboration. You will have the opportunity to engage with your colleagues in the Orlando hub for brainstorming sessions, collaborative whiteboarding, and team-building activities. We are looking for individuals who are excited about contributing to this collaborative environment and are located within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone to ensure seamless communication and rapid progress.
- • Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and patients. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate complex requirements into elegant, efficient code.
- • You will be expected to contribute to architectural discussions, ensuring our systems are scalable, maintainable, and secure. This includes evaluating new technologies and methodologies to continuously improve our development practices.
- • Debugging and troubleshooting complex issues will be a part of your day-to-day, but with a focus on building robust systems that minimize such occurrences.
- • You will actively participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain high code quality standards across the team.

- • Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong portfolio of built products and clear articulation of your contributions.

- • Experience working with modern software development stacks (e.g., Node.js, TypeScript) and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
