• • In this role, you will be instrumental in building and supporting advanced AI agents and orchestrators on our cutting-edge agentic AI platform, which is powered by Semantic Kernel. A core responsibility will involve developing and integrating MCP servers and tools, with a primary focus on utilizing Python and the FastMCP framework. You will be tasked with implementing sophisticated multi-agent workflows, encompassing sequential execution, parallel processing, and seamless handoffs between agents, all under the guidance of experienced senior engineers. Your expertise will be vital in designing and iteratively refining prompts and prompt strategies to significantly enhance the quality, reliability, and effectiveness of our AI interactions. Furthermore, you will contribute directly to the construction and maintenance of robust LLM evaluation (eval) pipelines, ensuring the performance and accuracy of our AI models.
• • You will also be responsible for integrating various LLM providers through their APIs and SDKs, facilitating experimentation and the adoption of new technologies. A key aspect of your work will involve helping to build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, leveraging vector stores and advanced retrieval frameworks to enhance the knowledge and responsiveness of our AI systems. To ensure system health and efficiency, you will instrument our systems using observability tools such as Langfuse for detailed tracing and cost monitoring. Your day-to-day activities will include writing clean, well-tested, and maintainable Python code, actively participating in code reviews to uphold quality standards, and engaging in debugging and testing processes to ensure the stability of our platform. You will also support our CI/CD and deployment workflows, contributing to a smooth and efficient release cycle.
