• • As a Full-stack Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of our small, high-impact engineering team of 6. This is not a role where you'll simply be assigned tasks from a backlog; instead, you will be empowered to take ownership of the features you build, from conception through to deployment and iteration.
• • You will have the unique opportunity to work directly alongside our Head of Engineering and a team of experienced Staff-level engineers. This close collaboration will allow you to dive deep into designing, building, and launching critical product features that directly shape the future of Accord.

• • While we have hubs in Toronto and San Francisco, this role requires you to be in the office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in our San Francisco Financial District location. This in-person collaboration is key to our culture of radical collaboration and rapid iteration.
• • Your responsibilities will extend beyond just coding. You will play a crucial role in guiding our overall product strategy through hands-on design, prototyping, and the successful launch of new features. This involves close collaboration with our product managers, designers, and fellow engineers, ensuring a cohesive and user-centric development process.
