- • This is a customer-facing, billable role where you will be instrumental in implementing, configuring, and delivering cutting-edge AI-driven and Conversational AI solutions within the expansive NICE CXone ecosystem. As a hands-on technical contributor, your primary focus will be on building robust integrations, meticulously configuring sophisticated conversational AI platforms, and ensuring the flawless execution of project deliverables that directly impact our clients' success.

- • Technical Implementation and Configuration:
- • Configure, customize, and deploy advanced Conversational AI solutions, ensuring they are precisely aligned with defined business objectives and technical specifications.
- • Develop and maintain seamless integrations utilizing APIs, modern web technologies, and robust authentication standards, ensuring data flows accurately and securely.
- • Implement, enhance, and optimize bot behaviors by applying best practices in conversational design and sophisticated prompt engineering techniques to create intuitive and effective user experiences.
- • Develop both proofs of concept (PoCs) to explore innovative solutions and production-ready solution components that deliver tangible value.
- • Provide critical support for testing, validation, and go-live activities, meticulously ensuring that all deployed solutions function flawlessly across diverse customer environments.
- • Technical Problem Solving & Quality:
- • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues that may arise across SaaS applications, intricate integrations, various environments, and complex data flows, maintaining system integrity.
- • Adapt, extend, or refactor existing integrations and solution components to proactively meet evolving customer needs and technological advancements.
- • Rigorously ensure that all implementations adhere to the highest standards of quality, performance, security, and usability, providing a superior experience for end-users.
- • Produce comprehensive and detailed documentation, including technical specifications, thorough test cases, and clear deployment materials, to support successful implementation and ongoing maintenance.
- • Collaboration with Implementation Teams:
- • Partner closely with Implementation Engineers, Consultants, and Project Managers who lead the critical phases of discovery, requirements definition, and solution design, contributing technical expertise.
- • Actively participate in customer workshops to clarify intricate technical details, validate the feasibility of proposed solutions, and provide essential subject-matter input that shapes project direction.
- • Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication across all cross-functional delivery teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient project environment.
