• • As a Software Engineer - AI at Promise Holdings, Inc., you will be at the forefront of transforming how government agencies and utilities support individuals facing financial difficulties. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications that are integral to our mission of making public systems simpler, faster, and more human-centered.
• • You will architect and build robust AI pipelines and infrastructure. This includes developing sophisticated systems for prompt engineering, enabling precise and effective communication with AI models. You will also implement fine-tuning processes to adapt models for specific use cases, create efficient document parsing mechanisms to extract and process relevant information, and build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance AI responses with external knowledge.
• • A key aspect of your role will be to guide new AI capabilities from their nascent conceptual stages through to successful real-world deployment. This involves a deep understanding of the AI lifecycle and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into tangible, impactful products.
