• • You will collaborate intimately with cross-functional teams, including AI Product, Applied ML, Post-Training, and Data Science, to architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines and data lakes that handle vast and diverse datasets.
• • Your work will involve building high-performance infrastructure specifically designed to power advanced personalization features, encompassing user memory, discovery functionalities, and sophisticated agentic products, ensuring a seamless and tailored user experience.
• • A key responsibility will be the creation of a scalable, multi-modal evaluation platform. This platform will be critical for assessing the performance of all Perplexity AI products, including personalization engines, pro search capabilities, experimental labs, deep research tools, and our innovative Comet system.
• • You will design and implement intuitive tools and abstractions layered on top of our foundational infrastructure. These will empower teams to enhance personalization algorithms, streamline analytics, improve recommendation systems, accelerate the development of AI products, and refine post-training processes.
