• • This position offers a unique blend of customer engagement and hands-on technical implementation, with approximately 30% of your time dedicated to direct customer interaction and 70-80% focused on coding and integration.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and launch AI agents, custom integrations, and automated workflows that seamlessly connect DevRev with our customers' existing technology stacks and operational processes. This involves building robust solutions that leverage the power of AI to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
• • A key aspect of this role involves building and expanding the Knowledge Graph, which requires integrating DevRev with a diverse range of SaaS and non-SaaS systems. You will achieve this through the implementation of webhooks, APIs, and real-time communication architectures, ensuring a fluid and comprehensive data flow.
• • You will be at the forefront of optimizing AI performance by employing advanced techniques such as prompt engineering, fine-tuning semantic search engines, and utilizing generative AI models. The goal is to continuously enhance the accuracy, relevance, and overall user experience of our AI agents.
• • This role demands a strong aptitude for data analysis. You will be expected to write SQL queries, conduct in-depth data analysis, and build insightful dashboards that provide customers with actionable intelligence to inform their strategic decisions.
• • Embrace an iterative development process by creating rapid proofs-of-concept (POCs) and conducting live technical demonstrations. Your ability to gather and incorporate customer and stakeholder feedback will be crucial in refining and improving the solutions you build.
• • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration by maintaining open and consistent communication channels with customers, engineering teams, product managers, customer success representatives, support staff, and revenue teams. This ensures alignment and a unified approach to customer solutions.

This includes mastering new tools and technologies and then effectively teaching and supporting customers through critical workflows, such as integrating their code repositories or configuring advanced system settings.
• • While the role is remote in the Philippines, a willingness to travel up to 30% is required for on-site implementations, technical workshops, and crucial customer engagement activities, ensuring a high level of service and support.
• • Leverage your creativity and technical expertise to conceptualize and influence how AI, advanced analytics, and automated workflows are integrated into customers' unique business processes, driving significant value and innovation.
• • Contribute to the development of context-aware systems by applying principles of Model Context Programming (MCP) to build adaptive and responsive integrations that understand and react to user and system context.
• • Implement comprehensive observability practices, including clear logging, effective error surfacing, and robust telemetry, to facilitate faster debugging, proactive issue resolution, and continuous system improvement.
