• • As a Software Engineer on the Core Platform team at Coder Technologies Inc., you will shape the future of developer tooling by designing and building next-generation tools that integrate seamlessly into developers’ workflows while ensuring enterprise-grade security.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and building product features for remote development in self-hosted environments, enhancing open-source projects that integrate with VS Code and JetBrains, championing best practices internally and externally, collaborating with Product, Design, and partner teams on key integrations, documenting systems for knowledge sharing, supporting enterprise users alongside Customer Success, leveraging cutting-edge AI to improve developer experiences, and rapidly iterating from prototype to implementation in a dynamic team environment.
• • You will join Coder, an AI-driven software development company pioneering autonomous coding through AI agents and human collaboration, where your work directly impacts how teams build software faster, more securely, and at scale via secure, standardized Cloud Development Environments (CDEs).
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Go-based distributed systems, full-stack development with TypeScript and React, cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, GCP, gRPC), and observability tooling, while gaining hands-on experience in developer tooling, platform engineering, and AI-integrated workflows — positioning you at the forefront of the evolving software development landscape.
