• • As a Software Engineer (Full Stack) at Revic Optics LLC, you will play a pivotal role in building an AI-native sales acceleration platform that empowers sales professionals to focus on human connection by eliminating administrative friction through intelligent automation. Your work will directly impact how revenue teams operate at scale, transforming chaotic data into actionable insights that drive enterprise deals.
• • Day to day, you will: collect, collate, and synthesize data from over 50 disparate sources including CRM systems, public datasets, and communication streams; design scalable data pipelines capable of processing terabytes of information with reliability and low latency; architect AI systems that can reason and act autonomously on messy, real-world data; build intuitive applications and data consumption interfaces that enhance seller productivity and revenue outcomes; continuously balance trade-offs between accuracy, latency, and cost across thousands of concurrent agent executions; collaborate closely with product and customer teams to translate field feedback into shipped features; write, test, and deploy production code daily with a focus on simplicity and impact; debug and optimize distributed systems in complex environments; and contribute to a culture of intellectual honesty by questioning assumptions and advocating for the simplest effective solution.
