• • The Software Engineer, Growth role is pivotal in our next phase of expansion. • • As a Senior Software Engineer on the Growth team, you will be at the forefront of expanding Monarch’s user base and impact. You will spearhead technical execution across a spectrum of projects designed to enhance user acquisition, optimize activation rates, and improve long-term retention. This involves close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including product managers, designers, marketers, and data analysts, to translate business objectives into tangible technical solutions.

• • Key responsibilities include collaborating with and mentoring fellow engineers while maintaining a hands-on approach to executing critical roadmap initiatives. You will be responsible for driving the technical execution of growth strategies, ensuring they are tightly aligned with overarching business goals and user needs.
• • You will work closely with product managers, designers, marketers, and data analysts to refine and enhance user acquisition funnels, streamline the onboarding process, and implement features that boost user retention. A significant part of this role involves designing and implementing robust systems to support A/B testing and rapid experimentation, allowing us to quickly iterate and optimize based on user behavior.
• • Analyzing user data and behavior patterns will be crucial for informing technical decisions and continuously refining our growth strategies.
