- • As the Software Engineer, GTM at Parloa, you will reimagine how the Go-To-Market organization operates by building custom systems, tools, and workflows from the ground up to power GTM operations across the full lifecycle.
- • You will design and develop AI-powered workflows, prototype new ideas using AI-assisted development, and build integrations across core GTM systems using APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines to ensure consistent and accurate data flow.
- • Parloa is shaping the future of customer experience through agentic AI, having powered over ONE BILLION interactions for global enterprise brands like Booking.com, Allianz, SAP, and TUI, and is backed by leading investors including General Catalyst, EQT Ventures, and Altimeter Capital.
- • You will own problems end to end, operate with high autonomy, and build systems that directly impact how the company scales revenue, working at the intersection of engineering and business to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience building and maintaining high-quality software systems or applications, with the ability to work across the stack and take solutions from prototype to production
- • Deep experience with AI-native development workflows, including regular use of tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Codex
- • Strong proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript and Python
- • Experience building and integrating systems using APIs, MCP, CLI tools, webhooks, and OAuth
- • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, defining problems as well as solving them without detailed specifications
- • Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders and translate technical solutions into business value

- • Compensation structured as On-Target Earnings (OTE) with a base salary and performance-based variable component, plus an equity package
- • Salary range of $180,000 to $215,000 USD
