You will be instrumental in making key design decisions that will define our newest platform. This sophisticated system is engineered to provide law enforcement administrators and crime analysts with flexible, powerful access to critical crime data. It will offer advanced decision support tools, facilitate state and federal crime reporting, and deliver crucial criminal investigation insights, ultimately enhancing public safety and justice.
• • **What You’ll Do:**
• • **Collaborate and Design:** Actively participate in rigorous code reviews and contribute to architectural design discussions, ensuring our solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
• • **Own End-to-End Features:** Take full ownership of features from conception through deployment, working closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into high-quality software.
• • **Champion Quality and Performance:** Consistently ensure that your code meets a high bar for quality, reliability, and performance, optimizing for efficiency and user experience.
• • **Drive Data Accessibility:** Partner effectively with internal teams and external agencies to make public safety data accessible, actionable, and secure, enabling better decision-making.
