• • As a Software Engineer II at Precision AQ, LLC, you will be a pivotal member of our dynamic development team, contributing to the entire lifecycle of client-facing applications. This role is designed for a proactive and skilled software developer with a broad understanding of application development principles and a proven track record in application support. You will be instrumental in the building, configuration, and seamless delivery of sophisticated client-facing applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
• • Your responsibilities will extend to assisting with the development of process enhancements, working under the expert guidance of our team leads. A significant part of your role will involve the day-to-day maintenance of our healthcare application systems, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability. This includes diligently identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues, performing root cause analysis, and managing communication and client relationships in close partnership with our Infrastructure Service Support team members.
• • You will report directly to the Software Engineering Lead of Precision AQ, India, and will collaborate extensively with product and operations team members. This collaborative effort is crucial for supporting the execution of our technology strategy, driving the development of both our innovative products and robust platform.
• • You will represent the Application Operations / Development team on all active projects, ensuring that development and operational considerations are integrated from the outset. Participating actively in daily application operations / development stand-up meetings will be essential for maintaining project momentum and fostering team alignment.
• • Adherence to established procedures for change management across applications will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring that all modifications are implemented smoothly and with minimal disruption. You will also be responsible for documenting and maintaining the application operations / development standard operating procedures, contributing to a knowledge base that supports consistency and efficiency.
• • A core function of this role is to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and best practices. This commitment to code quality ensures the long-term health and scalability of our applications.
• • You will be tasked with identifying and troubleshooting complex issues related to API services, databases, and other backend systems, requiring a strong analytical and problem-solving approach.
• • Collaborating closely with other engineers and stakeholders to develop and deliver high-quality software solutions will be paramount. This involves effective communication and teamwork to achieve shared objectives.
• • You will support assessments of internal systems and processes, contributing to revisions or re-designs where necessary to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• • Supporting technology reviews to assess how common code and technologies can be leveraged efficiently across different service lines will be part of your strategic contribution.
• • You will also support the continued adoption of cutting-edge technology, both through the introduction of new offerings and by maximizing the value derived from existing providers and tools.
• • A key responsibility will be configuring and updating client-facing applications precisely according to requirements gathered by engagement teams, while strictly adhering to Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) guidelines throughout this process.
• • You will create WIKI articles for common, repeatable processes, sharing knowledge and best practices across the team and organization.
• • Configuring Single Sign On (SSO) integrations for client builds will be another important technical contribution.
• • Supporting the development of product unit tests, which will be used for future application regression testing, is vital for ensuring software stability.
• • You will measure and analyze application development key performance indicators (KPIs), such as bug density, sprint analysis, and test coverage, to drive continuous improvement.
• • In the future, you will work closely with the Product Team to support and implement new application enhancements and features, playing a direct role in product evolution.
• • You will ensure that all application changes are made in accordance with life-cycle methodology and risk guidelines, maintaining a secure and compliant environment.
• • You will interact with end-users, internal users, development vendors, data analysts, and other engagement team members, fostering strong working relationships and facilitating effective communication.
• • This role requires strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities, to clearly articulate technical concepts and solutions to diverse audiences.
