  • • You will be an integral part of the Application Operations / Development team, actively representing its interests and contributing to all active projects.
  • • Engage in daily stand-up meetings, fostering a collaborative and agile development environment.
  • • Adhere to and champion established procedures for change management, ensuring the integrity and stability of applications.
  • • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application operations and development standard operating procedures, promoting knowledge sharing and consistency.
  • • Craft clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and best practices, contributing to a high-quality codebase.
  • • Proactively identify and troubleshoot complex issues related to API services, databases, and other backend systems, ensuring robust application performance.
  • • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and stakeholders to conceptualize, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet evolving business needs.
  • • Participate in assessments of internal systems and processes, contributing to necessary revisions and re-designs to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • Support technology reviews, evaluating opportunities for code and technology reuse across various service lines to enhance efficiency and reduce redundancy.

  • • Create and maintain WIKI articles for common, repeatable processes, facilitating knowledge transfer and empowering team members.
  • • Implement and configure Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations for client builds, enhancing user experience and security.
  • • Support the development of product unit tests, crucial for future application regression testing and ensuring ongoing quality assurance.
  • • Measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for application development, such as bug density, sprint analysis, and test coverage, to drive continuous improvement.
  • • In future phases, you will collaborate with the Product Team to support and implement new application enhancements and features, directly influencing product evolution.
  • • Ensure all application changes are executed in accordance with life-cycle methodologies and risk guidelines, maintaining a secure and compliant environment.
  • • Interact effectively with end-users, internal stakeholders, development vendors, data analysts, and other engagement team members, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
