📋 Description

• Software Engineer III (Mobile Developer - iOS) is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and/or native iOS technologies, contributing to MRI Software’s mission of delivering innovative real estate software that powers thriving communities.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining mobile features using Flutter/Dart or Swift, writing clean and maintainable code, debugging and resolving defects, participating in Agile ceremonies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting technical designs, leveraging AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot, and ensuring application performance, security, and scalability.
• The role is part of MRI Software’s engineering team, which fosters a people-first, inclusive culture focused on innovation and belonging, where employees are empowered to grow and contribute to meaningful PropTech solutions used globally.
• In this role, the engineer will deepen expertise in mobile development, gain hands-on experience with AI-augmented development practices, contribute to scalable applications, and grow professionally through collaboration, learning new frameworks, and impacting products used by clients worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming language and/or native iOS development using Swift
• Experience developing and deploying mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Good understanding of mobile application architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.)
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Understanding of Agile concepts (user stories, backlog, sprints)
