- • As a Software Engineer Java at Mirakl Labs, you will design, develop, and deploy new business features across all layers of the application—from UI/REST API to business logic and database schemas—ensuring both business consistency and technical stability in a product-owned team environment.
- • Day-to-day activities include building, testing, and shipping features via continuous delivery; leveraging AI-powered tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor; participating in design sessions with developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers; shaping technical decisions; improving code quality through reviews and pair programming; owning production issue resolution end-to-end; contributing to agile ceremonies; influencing the quarterly labs roadmap; driving software development improvements; and tracking feature impact on business metrics.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern Java (21, migrating to 25), Spring Boot, Kafka, React/Redux, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Go, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP); grow your influence in technical decision-making; sharpen your craft through AI-augmented development and collaborative practices; and contribute to high-impact, web-scale distributed systems used by global brands like Macy’s, Decathlon, Carrefour, Asos, and Airbus Helicopters.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 4 years of experience with Java and Spring
- • Fluency in French and comfort working in professional English
- • Genuine curiosity and pragmatism about AI, with belief in its transformative impact on developer workflows
- • Experience or strong interest in web-scale challenges and distributed architectures
- • Deep commitment to clean, well-crafted code and technical excellence
- • Desire to have a real voice in technical decisions, not just participate passively
