📋 Description

• • As a Software Engineer in Ambrook Labs, you will join a small, purpose-built team focused on rapid experimentation with customer-facing AI applications to solve real problems for underserved industries like agriculture, construction, and trucking.
• • Your day-to-day work will involve running end-to-end experiments in 1-2 week cycles — prototyping, shipping to real customers, learning from feedback, and iterating quickly to turn ideas into impact.
• • You’ll be part of a lean, innovative team led by co-founder Jeff Anders and tech lead Henry Bridge, operating with high autonomy to explore AI-driven solutions that leverage Ambrook’s proprietary data and domain expertise.
• • In this role, you’ll develop skills in AI product strategy, full-stack development, customer discovery, and experimental design, while helping define what scalable, impactful AI tools look like when built with deep operational context from the start.
