- • Your primary focus will be on developing and testing sophisticated software interfaces that bridge the gap between Motorola Solutions' (MSI) advanced products and a diverse range of third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- • You will work on integrations for key public safety systems, including Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management Systems (RMS), Jail Management Systems, and Evidence Management, among other vital offerings.
- • This role involves designing and implementing interfaces using an Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) architecture, incorporating specialized adapters for both MSI and third-party systems.
- • You will be responsible for the transformation layer, which includes intricate field mapping, data filtering, event triggering, and the implementation of complex business logic to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- • Leverage a variety of cutting-edge technologies in your development efforts, including Microsoft .NET (C#) for robust application development, Java for versatile platform solutions, XML and XSLT for data transformation and structuring, and SQL for efficient database interaction.

- • Work in a remote capacity, contributing to a global, close-knit community united by the pursuit of a safer world, and embrace a culture that values authenticity and empowers employees to do their best work.
- • This mid-level position offers the opportunity to grow your expertise in .NET and Java development within the specialized domain of public safety technology, making a tangible impact on how communities are protected.
- • You will be a key player in ensuring that our customers have the integrated tools they need to respond effectively to emergencies and manage their operations with confidence and precision.
- • The role demands a proactive approach to identifying and resolving integration issues, ensuring that data flows smoothly between disparate systems, which is paramount for real-time decision-making in public safety.
- • You will contribute to the development of robust ETL processes that are essential for handling large volumes of data and complex transformations required by modern public safety operations.
- • Your work will directly support the mission of enabling faster, smarter, and safer responses by providing the technological backbone for critical public safety functions.
- • Embrace a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing and continuous learning are encouraged, fostering professional growth and development within the team.
