• • As a Software Engineer on the Payments - Treasury team at Whatnot, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial infrastructure of one of North America and Europe's fastest-growing live shopping platforms.
• • This role is central to the core operations of Whatnot, focusing on how the business manages and records money and credit across all customer transactions, ensuring seamless global operations.
• • You will be instrumental in handling complex financial processes including taxes, customs, returns, refunds, and international payment intricacies, directly impacting the platform's ability to scale and expand globally.
• • Your work will be deeply integrated with the foundational elements of our business, enabling tremendous growth within and across international territories.
• • You will contribute to creating exciting new ways for our users to interact and transact on the platform, enhancing the overall customer experience.
