- • Implement full-stack software applications following 12-factor principles to deliver product features and iterative enhancements
- • Develop and maintain frontend interfaces (web or mobile) and backend services including REST APIs, abstraction layers, and reusable components
- • Apply test-driven development and continuous integration practices to ensure high-quality, agile software delivery
- • Actively participate in product stand-ups, iteration planning, and retrospectives as part of an Agile development team
- • Contribute to architectural decisions by evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and design patterns to meet user needs
- • Establish, maintain, and optimize continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines
- • Create and update comprehensive technical documentation for products and systems
- • Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and engineers utilizing the team’s platforms and tools
- • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Java and hands-on development of Spring Boot-based microservices
- • Utilize unit and integration testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, and Jasmine to validate code quality
- • Work with relational databases, including SQL Server, to design and implement data storage and retrieval solutions
- • Apply OAuth2 and JWT-based authentication mechanisms with Spring Security for secure application access
- • Monitor system performance and apply basic optimization techniques to enhance scalability and responsiveness
- • Collaborate within Agile environments to meet delivery velocity and quality targets
- • Leverage AI-assisted development tools like Microsoft Copilot to increase productivity and automate routine tasks
- • Design and implement systems capable of operating at scale with attention to reliability and maintainability
- • Advocate for simplicity in technology choices while ensuring solutions align with product goals and user requirements
- • Engage in peer reviews and knowledge sharing to elevate team-wide technical capabilities
- • Maintain a proactive stance toward continuous learning and professional growth in technical and functional domains
- • Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between engineering, product, and business stakeholders
- • Ensure compliance with company standards for secure, scalable, and well-documented software development
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of professional software development experience
- • Strong programming experience in Java with hands-on development of Spring Boot–based microservices
- • Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, and Jasmine
- • Demonstrated ability working with relational database technologies, including SQL Server
- • Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing systems at scale
- • Solid ability to work within an Agile development environment

- • Annual compensation range of $90,700.00 – $153,925.00 based on experience and qualifications
