Robert Half International Inc. is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Protiviti Shared Services team as Software Engineer Virtual Interns. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a cloud-first organization, working with cutting-edge technologies and contributing to impactful business solutions.
• As a Software Engineer Virtual Intern, you will be immersed in a dynamic, agile environment where your contributions are valued and directly impact project outcomes. You will have the chance to work on exciting Generative AI related projects, exploring the capabilities of Azure cloud services such as Azure Cognitive Service and Azure Search. Furthermore, you will gain exposure to various Software as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings, as well as cloud-based applications like Microsoft 365 Apps and Services.
• Your technical journey will involve developing proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies. For front-end development, you will have the opportunity to work with popular frameworks like React or Angular, gaining practical experience in building user interfaces. On the back-end, you will delve into C# and the .Net Core framework, understanding how to build robust and scalable applications. This internship is designed to provide you with comprehensive exposure to current and emerging technologies, equipping you with the skills demanded by today's forward-looking tech landscape.
• You will actively use these technologies to create tangible business solutions, contributing to the achievement of critical project goals. 🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program in Computer Science, IT, Information Science, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, or Physics, with a graduation year of 2027 or 2028.
• Willingness to learn and understand cloud computing principles and Azure cloud services.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to new workflows, showcasing an adaptive mindset.
• Some prior coding exposure to any modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Foundational knowledge of object-oriented programming and basic programming concepts.
