• • In this high-ownership Solutions Integration Engineer position, you will play a direct role in shaping the deployment and scaling strategies for AI across a multitude of real-world business environments. You will collaborate closely with the senior engineering team, contributing significantly to the definition of integration architectures, the development of delivery methodologies, and the establishment of technical standards within a dynamic and rapidly growing AI startup. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend in-depth backend engineering expertise with strategic, client-facing responsibilities. You will be responsible for constructing integrations that are not only critical to our customers' revenue operations but also facilitate the large-scale adoption of AI by enterprise clients and strategic partners.
• • Your primary responsibilities will encompass leading the entire integration delivery lifecycle. This includes meticulous scoping and design phases, followed by robust development, comprehensive testing, and seamless deployment, all while ensuring that every solution adheres to stringent business requirements and maintains production-ready quality. You will work in tandem with the Lead Engineer to meticulously manage the integration lifecycle. This involves clearly defining project requirements, structuring and assigning tasks to team members, diligently monitoring execution progress, and ensuring the timely completion of all deliverables.
• • You will be tasked with architecting and documenting sophisticated integration solutions. This will involve leveraging a robust technical stack including Python, REST, gRPC, Kafka, Redis, Postman, and SQL. The architectural designs and documentation will be supported by industry-standard modeling techniques such as UML (Unified Modeling Language), DFD (Data Flow Diagrams), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagrams), and BRD (Business Requirements Documents), ensuring clarity and maintainability.
• • A key aspect of your role will be overseeing the day-to-day operational flow of projects. This includes proactive sprint planning, continuous tracking of progress against milestones, swift identification and resolution of any blockers that impede momentum, and maintaining a consistent pace of delivery. You will actively engage with stakeholders, fostering alignment on project goals, effectively managing the scope of work to prevent scope creep, and ensuring that efforts remain focused on agreed-upon priorities.
• • You will champion and drive Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the team. This involves facilitating all necessary ceremonies, meticulously maintaining project backlogs within YouTrack, and providing transparent, regular reporting on project status and team performance. Post-deployment, you will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing reliability and performance of integrated systems. This will be achieved through proactive monitoring using tools like Grafana and other advanced observability platforms, enabling early detection and resolution of potential issues.
