  • • You will be responsible for orchestrating and executing comprehensive software implementation projects. This includes managing the entire process from initial setup for new clients, to the intricate migration of data and systems from legacy platforms, and the integration of new add-on modules. A significant focus will be placed on implementations within the dental practice software domain, requiring a nuanced understanding of the specific workflows and data structures common in this sector.
  • • A core aspect of your role will involve meticulous coordination and configuration of the software to precisely align with each client's unique workflows, operational needs, and specific requirements. This ensures that the deployed solution is not only functional but also optimally tailored to enhance their practice's efficiency and patient care.
  • • You will play a critical part in data and image migrations, a complex but essential phase for clients transitioning from older systems. This includes managing database splits and merges, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the transfer process, and minimizing disruption to client operations.
  • • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work in close partnership with a variety of internal teams, including the Support, Development, Product, and Sales departments.
