🎯 Requirements
- • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- • Admission to at least one state bar in good standing.
- • Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant legal experience, with a significant portion focused on in-house corporate legal work or a combination of law firm and in-house experience.
- • Proven expertise in labor and employment law, including advising on compliance, investigations, and dispute resolution.
- • Substantial experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts (e.g., SaaS agreements, master service agreements, vendor agreements, partnership agreements).
- • Strong understanding of corporate governance, organizational structure, and compliance matters.
- • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly and concisely to non-legal audiences.
- • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- • Experience advising executive teams and senior leadership.
