  • • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Advisor (SA) to join our dynamic Professional Services team in Israel. This is a critical role where you will serve as the primary engagement lead and the "face of Zip" for our valued customers, ensuring their continued success and growth with our platform long after the initial implementation phase. As a Solution Advisor, you are not merely a consultant; you are a trusted partner, a deep product expert, and a specialist in procurement operating models. Your mission will be to collaborate with some of the world's largest and most innovative companies, driving the expansion of Zip's capabilities within their organizations, leading transformative procurement initiatives, and ultimately solidifying Zip as the foundational backbone of their entire procurement ecosystem.
  • • Your responsibilities will span across strategic partnership, intricate product configuration, comprehensive user adoption and training, influential cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process innovation. You will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding client relationships, identifying opportunities for further integration and enhancement of the Zip platform to meet evolving business needs. This involves understanding the unique challenges and strategic objectives of each client and translating them into actionable solutions leveraging Zip's powerful features. You will proactively identify and address any potential issues, ensuring system stability and optimal performance, thereby maximizing the return on investment for our customers.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve delving deep into client requirements to creatively configure the Zip platform. This requires a nuanced understanding of both the product's capabilities and the client's business processes, enabling you to craft elegant solutions that solve complex business problems without necessarily requiring extensive, deep technical coding. You will be adept at leveraging the platform's built-in functionalities and customization options to tailor Zip to specific workflows and strategic goals, ensuring a seamless and efficient procurement experience.
  • • Empowering stakeholders through high-impact training sessions is another crucial element of your role. You will develop and deliver engaging training programs designed to equip users at all levels with the knowledge and skills necessary to confidently navigate, manage, and leverage the Zip platform independently. This focus on user enablement is vital for driving widespread adoption and ensuring that clients can fully realize the benefits of Zip's comprehensive suite of tools.
  • • You will act as a vital conduit between our customers and our internal Product and Engineering teams. By actively gathering, synthesizing, and channeling customer feedback, insights, and feature requests, you will play a direct role in shaping the future of the Zip product roadmap. This collaborative feedback loop ensures that our development efforts are aligned with market needs and customer priorities. Furthermore, you will work closely with our Account Management team to foster long-term account health, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and identifying opportunities for growth and deeper partnership.
  • • Your role will also involve a commitment to continuous process innovation. You will be tasked with constantly refining and optimizing our Managed Services delivery model. This includes analyzing existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to maximize the value and efficiency that customers derive from the Zip platform. Your insights will be critical in ensuring that our service delivery remains best-in-class and continues to evolve with the market and our product.
