Your work will directly enable faster implementation cycles, stronger regional partnerships, and broader adoption of Morpho’s open lending protocol, contributing to the company’s mission of building a new internet-native financial system.
- • You will engage in partner-facing calls alongside the Business Development team to answer complex technical questions, scope integrations, and build trust with Americas-based teams. This includes developing proof-of-concepts, code snippets, and custom dashboards tailored to integrators’ needs, providing real-time technical support via Telegram and Slack, and continuously improving developer documentation and tutorials based on field feedback. The company is scaling its team to establish itself as a cornerstone of the new internet-native financial system, operating with a remote-first culture across the Americas (GMT -4/-5) and emphasizing innovation, technical excellence, and partner enablement.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in DeFi protocols, blockchain integration, and developer relations while gaining hands-on experience shaping technical support strategies at a high-growth crypto infrastructure company. You will have the opportunity to become a trusted technical authority for major integrators in the region, influence product improvements through field insights, and drive measurable impact on implementation speed and partner satisfaction—positioning yourself at the forefront of the next generation of financial technology.
