📋 Description

• As a French Speaking Enterprise Solution Architect at Fivetran, you will serve as a critical bridge between customers, Product, and Engineering teams, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption of Fivetran’s data pipeline solutions while driving customer success and advocacy across EMEA.
• You will manage end-to-end customer engagements, from solution design and technical implementation to ongoing support and expansion, leveraging your technical expertise and relationship-building skills to turn power-users into champions of the platform.
• Working within Fivetran’s Professional Services team, you’ll collaborate across segments and use cases, contributing to internal initiatives that enhance stakeholder experience while representing the company at industry events and supporting Marketing through speaking engagements.
• Day to day, you will: manage customer project timelines and delivery; design and implement data pipeline solutions using Fivetran’s platform; act as the primary liaison between customers and internal Product/Engineering teams; configure and troubleshoot integrations with diverse data sources (e.g., Salesforce, Google Ads, Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, Kafka, Kinesis, S3, SFTP) and targets (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Iceberg, Delta); utilize container technologies like Docker/Podman and Kubernetes; write and maintain SQL, Python, bash, or PowerShell scripts; establish SSH tunnels, VPNs, and PrivateLink connections for secure data transfer; collaborate with Account teams to drive product adoption; provide value-added support to Marketing and Customer Support; and contribute to internal process improvements that elevate the stakeholder experience.
• You’ll join a geographically dispersed, multi-talented team of peers across Europe, where team cohesion is nurtured through regular in-person business reviews that foster collaboration, alignment, and personal connection—key to maintaining the team’s strength and effectiveness.

• You’ll have the opportunity to influence product direction by feeding customer insights and feature requests directly to Fivetran’s Product team, shaping the evolution of the platform based on real-world implementation experience.
• The role offers significant professional growth through hands-on work with cutting-edge cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data transformation tools like dbt, and infrastructure-as-code practices, all while building a reputation as a trusted advisor in the data integration space.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to take ownership and accountability for customer project success, including timeline management and delivery
• Self-motivated, proactive, and organized approach to managing multiple customer engagements and internal stakeholder interactions
• Comfortable navigating deep technical conversations (SQL, Python, APIs, cloud platforms) while maintaining strong customer relationship management
• Experience designing and implementing data pipeline solutions in enterprise environments, with familiarity in data warehousing, ETL/ELT concepts, and integration patterns
