• In this pivotal role, you will serve as a functional and technical design leader within our SAP S/4HANA programs, specifically focusing on Warehouse, Logistics, and Quality Management (QM) modules. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the seamless alignment of business requirements, solution design, and SAP best practices throughout all phases of global template creation, build, integration, and rollout.
• You will be instrumental in translating complex business needs into scalable, standardized, and robust SAP S/4HANA solutions. This involves close collaboration with enterprise architects, fellow Solution Architects, and vendor teams to ensure that our implementations are not only technically sound but also strategically aligned with our clients' long-term objectives.
• Your responsibilities will encompass the entire lifecycle of S/4HANA solutions, from initial concept and design through to implementation, testing, and post-go-live support. You will be expected to provide expert guidance on functional and technical aspects, ensuring that solutions are optimized for performance, usability, and maintainability.
• A key aspect of this role is the ability to understand and articulate the business value of proposed solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external clients. You will conduct workshops, gather requirements, analyze existing processes, and design future-state solutions that leverage the full capabilities of SAP S/4HANA.
• You will play a critical role in defining the global template, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices across different regions and business units. This includes developing comprehensive solution documentation, functional specifications, and technical designs.
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with the solution design and implementation, proactively addressing challenges, and proposing effective workarounds or alternative solutions when necessary.
• Your expertise in Warehouse Management (WM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Quality Management (QM), and Transportation Management (TM) will be highly valued. While experience in EWM, QM, and TM is optional, a strong foundational understanding of these areas will be a significant advantage.
• You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our SAP S/4HANA methodologies and standards, sharing knowledge and best practices with the wider Qualysoft team.

• You will be responsible for leading the functional and technical design of SAP S/4HANA solutions within the Warehouse, Logistics, and QM domains, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications and technical designs.
• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA modules, with a focus on EWM, QM, and TM, to meet specific business needs, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and user adoption.
• Lead and participate in solution design workshops, providing expert guidance and facilitating decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive solution documentation, including blueprints, process flows, configuration guides, and test scripts.
• Oversee the integration of SAP S/4HANA solutions with other SAP modules and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process continuity.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to implementation teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide post-go-live support to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing operation of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest SAP S/4HANA innovations and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation within client solutions.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding solution design and functional expertise, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of Qualysoft's SAP S/4HANA implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Ensure that all solution designs adhere to security standards, compliance regulations, and data privacy requirements.
• Drive the adoption of standardized processes and solutions across global templates, promoting consistency and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues that arise during the implementation and support phases.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution design input for proposals and presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar senior functional/technical role within SAP S/4HANA projects, with a strong focus on Warehouse, Logistics, and Quality Management.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, functionalities, and best practices, particularly in relation to EWM, QM, and TM modules.
• Experience in global template design, build, integration, and rollout phases of SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
