  • • As a Solution Consultant, you will be the technical cornerstone of our sales efforts, working in close partnership with Account Executives. Your primary role will be to serve as a deep product expert and strategic advisor, ensuring that prospective clients' technical requirements are fully understood and met by DeepL Agent. You will be instrumental in defining the 'zero-to-one' strategy for our most sophisticated AI workflows, translating complex technical capabilities into tangible business value and return on investment.
  • • Your responsibilities will span the entire pre-sales lifecycle. You will act as a primary consultant to prospects and clients, architecting their vision for how DeepL Agent can solve their most pressing business challenges. This involves deeply understanding their high-level business objectives and meticulously aligning them with DeepL Agent's technical capabilities, ensuring a seamless integration and adoption path.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve collaborating closely with the Sales and Account Executive teams. You will navigate intricate enterprise sales cycles, leveraging your profound technical insights to articulate strategic business outcomes and demonstrate clear ROI. This partnership is crucial for closing complex deals and establishing DeepL Agent as an indispensable tool for our clients.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and delivering compelling product presentations, highly tailored demonstrations, and custom prototypes. These engagements will vividly showcase the unique value proposition of DeepL Agent, illustrating its power to automate complex business workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency through autonomous AI.
  • • Owning the end-to-end technical evaluation process is a key facet of this role. This includes scoping and executing high-stakes Proofs of Concept (PoCs) that validate the efficacy of DeepL Agent for specific client use cases. You will also lead technical workshops, engage in deep-dive discussions with client technical teams, and meticulously respond to technical Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring all technical queries and requirements are addressed comprehensively.
  • • You will act as the crucial 'voice of the market,' distilling valuable insights gathered from client interactions and field engagements. This feedback loop is vital for our Product and Marketing teams, directly influencing the product roadmap, prioritizing future Agentic capabilities, and ensuring DeepL Agent remains at the cutting edge of AI innovation.
  • • Simplifying complex technical architectures will be a core competency. You will ensure that all stakeholders, from technical leads to executive management, clearly understand how DeepL Agent integrates seamlessly into their existing enterprise technology stack, demystifying the integration process and highlighting its compatibility.
  • • Internally, you will play a key role in developing and managing the enablement toolkit for our global Sales and Customer Success teams. This includes creating comprehensive training resources, developing insightful dashboards, and staying ahead of emerging product features to ensure our internal teams are well-equipped to support and sell DeepL Agent effectively.
  • • Fostering enduring client partnerships through continuous technical engagement is paramount. This involves both remote and on-site interactions to ensure sustained client satisfaction, drive high adoption rates of our AI solutions, and identify opportunities for further value creation. Your role extends beyond the initial sale to becoming a trusted technical advisor throughout the client's journey.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in client-facing Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Consulting roles within a high-growth AI or SaaS environment.
  • • Technical fluency in LLM orchestration, RAG architectures, and AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT), with the ability to articulate the business value of autonomous workflows.
  • • Experience architecting or selling complex solutions in Generative AI, RPA/Automation, Data Cloud, API Management, or DevOps tooling.
  • • A track record of leading complex technical deployments and managing diverse stakeholders through hands-on customer evaluations and RFIs/RFPs.
  • • Comfort navigating IT security questionnaires and positioning Agentic AI within the specific regulatory and cultural landscape of the EMEA region.
  • • Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex AI concepts into simple, persuasive narratives for technical and executive audiences.
  • • A 'zero-to-one' mentality, energized by building playbooks in a scale-up environment and adapting to a fast-moving market.
