  • • Join RainFocus, a rapidly growing and innovative software company, as a Solution Consultant and play a pivotal role in the post-sale client implementation process. You will be instrumental in ensuring our Fortune 500 clients, including industry giants like Adobe, Cisco, IBM, Oracle, and VMware, successfully leverage our groundbreaking event management software platform to elevate their in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
  • • As a Solution Consultant, you will collaborate closely with Solution Architects to provide expert consultation on platform configuration best practices. Your deep understanding of the RainFocus platform will be crucial in guiding clients through the optimal setup and utilization of our tools, ensuring they achieve their event objectives.
  • • This role involves driving the requirements gathering process for client implementations. You will engage with clients to understand their unique event needs, business goals, and technical landscapes, translating these into actionable configuration plans and solution designs.
  • • You will be responsible for designing and configuring the RainFocus platform to meet specific client requirements. This hands-on aspect of the role requires a meticulous approach to ensure the platform is tailored to deliver maximum value, streamline operations, and accelerate marketing results for our clients.
  • • A key responsibility is to educate clients on the implemented RainFocus toolset. You will empower clients by providing comprehensive training and guidance, enabling them to confidently manage and execute their events using our software.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in a client-facing consulting, implementation, or technical support role, preferably within the software or event technology industry.
  • • Strong understanding of event management processes, technologies, and best practices, or the ability to quickly acquire this knowledge.
  • • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex client needs into practical solutions.
  • • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
  • • Fluency in Japanese is required, as the role involves working with clients in Japanese-speaking regions.
