📋 Description
- • As a Senior / Lead Digital Creative for dm-drogerie markt, you will lead creative strategy and execution for international social media and platform campaigns, shaping how one of Germany’s most beloved retailers connects with audiences across borders through innovative, culturally relevant digital experiences.
- • You will develop international social-first and platform campaigns, create scalable creative frameworks and content playbooks, design influencer and creator strategies with cultural relevance, oversee the quality and consistency of social assets across markets, present and evolve core ideas at the stakeholder level, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Design, UX, Tech, Account, dm international), actively integrate AI tools and emerging technologies into creative workflows, and identify new platform mechanics and digital innovations to translate into brand-relevant ideas.
- • Wongdoody is a global creative agency with over 2,000 colleagues across 22 design studios on four continents, part of the global technology innovator Infosys, specializing in product experiences, digital marketing, and immersive technologies where creativity and technology converge to serve user needs. For dm-drogerie markt, Wongdoody has been the digital lead agency since 2010, guiding the retailer’s transformation from brick-and-mortar to omnichannel across Germany, Austria, and Eastern Europe, managing e-commerce platforms, social media, CRM, digital branding, campaigns, and content marketing.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in international social media strategy, influencer marketing, and AI-driven creative processes; lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams; shape scalable creative systems; gain visibility at the international stakeholder level; and contribute to cutting-edge digital innovation for a major European brand, advancing both your creative leadership and strategic impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6–8 years of experience in an agency or comparable creative role
- • Proven experience in the conception of international social-media assets
- • Deep understanding of platform-native mechanics and social culture
- • Solid expertise in influencer and creator marketing
- • Experience in the strategic use of AI and digital innovations
- • Ability to think scalably about creative systems
- • High social competence and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- • Sovereignty in presentation and client consulting
- • Fluent German and very good English language skills
