You will lead in-depth discovery conversations with prospective clients, meticulously uncovering their existing workflows, identifying critical pain points, and pinpointing opportunities where automation can deliver significant value. Your ability to translate these intricate customer needs into clear, compelling solution narratives, precisely aligned with Notable’s existing platform capabilities, will be paramount. You will craft and deliver engaging, tailored demonstrations that resonate powerfully with both technical teams and executive leadership, effectively showcasing how our AI platform addresses real-world healthcare challenges. A significant part of your role will involve partnering closely with the Sales team to advance deals, providing essential technical validation and building unwavering customer confidence. Furthermore, you will collaborate seamlessly with the Delivery and Product teams to ensure that all proposed solutions are not only technically feasible but also perfectly aligned with the practicalities of platform implementation.
• • Beyond direct sales support, you will also focus on platform and solution enablement. This involves developing a profound understanding of Notable’s AI platform, its core workflows, and its extensive library of reusable assets. You will actively leverage and continuously refine our demo environments, playbooks, and solution frameworks to enhance consistency, efficiency, and scalability across all engagements. Your contributions will be vital in evolving how we package and present our solutions, emphasizing repeatability and proven workflows over custom, one-off builds. You will also support the creation and enhancement of both internal and customer-facing materials that vividly illustrate the platform's capabilities. Crucially, you will provide structured, actionable feedback to the Product and Engineering teams, highlighting customer needs, identifying platform gaps, and informing them about emerging use cases that can drive future innovation.
