- • As a Solution Engineer for the EMEA region, based in Paris, France, you will be instrumental in accelerating the growth of our market presence. This role is a critical component of our Solution Sales team, requiring close collaboration with Account Executives (AEs) and Account Managers (AMs) to drive success across all stages of the sales cycle.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to act as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing clients, deeply understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating how Ripple Treasury’s cutting-edge solutions can address their specific needs. This involves a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills.
- • You will lead qualification and scoping meetings, employing insightful questioning to uncover pain points and meticulously assess the functional requirements of potential clients. This deep dive is crucial for determining the precise fit between client needs and our suite of products.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to articulate the value proposition of Ripple Treasury’s offerings, highlighting their benefits and competitive differentiators with clarity and conviction. You will be expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of our treasury and risk management solutions, including their underlying technology and market positioning.
- • You will be responsible for crafting and delivering compelling product demonstrations tailored to the specific pain points identified during client interactions. This requires not only technical proficiency in showcasing the software but also the strategic ability to focus on how our solutions solve real-world business problems.
- • Collaborating closely with AEs and AMs, you will contribute to the development and execution of winning sales strategies for each opportunity. This includes assisting in the qualification of new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring alignment between client requirements and our solution capabilities.
- • You will play a significant role in pricing strategy development for each opportunity, working hand-in-hand with the sales team to define competitive and value-driven pricing models.
- • Preparing for and delivering detailed, often scripted, workshops will be a core part of your responsibilities. These sessions may require the implementation of customer data and workflows beforehand to ensure maximum impact and relevance.
- • Engaging with clients at all levels, including C-suite executives, will be commonplace. You must possess the confidence and expertise to present to large groups, dynamically adjusting your approach to resonate with diverse audiences and effectively communicate complex concepts.
- • You will actively listen and ask pertinent questions during all client meetings, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring a thorough understanding of client needs.
- • Assisting in the meticulous completion of Request for Information (RFIs) and Request for Proposal (RFPs) documents will be a crucial part of supporting the sales process.
- • You will work in tandem with our Product and Marketing teams to stay informed about new product enhancements and evolving market strategies. Your feedback and insights will be valuable in shaping how these new initiatives are best packaged and presented through demos.
- • Attending and actively participating in follow-up meetings, calls, and industry events, including trade shows and user conferences, is expected to build relationships and expand market awareness.
- • You will be responsible for crafting clear, concise, and professional written responses to client inquiries and requirement specifications.
- • This role demands a proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong desire to continuously learn and develop within the dynamic FinTech and treasury space.
- • You will be a key player in ensuring the success of Ripple Treasury’s expansion across the EMEA region, contributing directly to our ambitious growth targets and the overall mission of transforming the global financial system.
