  • • Own the technical success of 10–15 large, strategic enterprise accounts across Spain and EMEA, acting as the single point of contact for every advanced configuration, integration, and optimisation need throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • • Translate complex client use-cases—ranging from multi-tenant learning academies to global compliance programmes—into precise technical specifications, then deliver end-to-end implementation of SSO (SAML 2.0, OIDC), HRIS data feeds (BambooHR, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), and third-party content or analytics tools via REST APIs, webhooks, and flat-file SFTP transfers.
  • • Run up to 30 concurrent projects at any given moment, using agile sprint planning and clear RACI matrices to keep every stakeholder aligned on scope, timeline, and success criteria; you will be the bridge between Sales promises, Product capabilities, and Customer Success outcomes.
  • • Conduct quarterly platform audits that surface adoption gaps, security misconfigurations, and performance bottlenecks; present findings in executive-level read-outs and convert them into actionable roadmaps that unlock new revenue streams for both the client and 360Learning.
  • • Build and maintain a living knowledge base of reusable solution patterns, Terraform-style configuration snippets, and troubleshooting runbooks so that future implementations are faster, safer, and more delightful for customers and colleagues alike.
  • • Deliver billable Professional Services engagements—such as custom dashboards, advanced automation scripts, or LTI integrations—directly from our catalogue, ensuring each engagement is scoped, priced, and delivered with >90 % gross margin and >4.8/5 CSAT.
  • • Mentor junior Solution Experts and cross-train Customer Success Managers on advanced topics like SCORM debugging, xAPI tracking, and GDPR data retention policies, raising the technical IQ of the entire organisation.
  • • Influence the Product roadmap by synthesising recurring client pain points into concise user stories and ROI projections, then champion them in our monthly Voice-of-Customer council with Engineering leadership.
  • • Champion 360Learning’s Convexity Culture by running internal guild sessions, contributing to open-source tooling, and participating in our six Employee Resource Groups to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion across all customer interactions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years in a client-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, TAM, or Level-3 Support) with proven success deploying SaaS platforms to enterprise customers.
  • • Hands-on experience configuring SSO (SAML/OIDC) and integrating REST/GraphQL APIs; you can read a Swagger spec and write a Postman test without blinking.
  • • Project-management mindset: you own scope, timelines, and risk registers, and you’re comfortable juggling 20–30 parallel workstreams without letting anything slip.
  • • Fluent English (C1) and professional-level Spanish; French is a strong plus.
  • • Nice-to-have: prior exposure to HR tech ecosystems (LMS, HRIS, ATS), basic scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or Bash), and familiarity with GDPR or SOC 2 compliance frameworks.
