📋 Description

• Serve as the clinical voice and advocate for nursing solutions during customer interactions, providing expert insights to sales and partner success teams.
• Demonstrate how Abridge’s AI-powered platform enhances nursing workflows and improves patient outcomes during demos, presentations, and strategic engagements.
• Engage directly with prospective and current customers, including senior clinical and executive leadership such as CNOs, CNIOs, CMIOs, CIOs, and CFOs, to articulate clinical value and facilitate adoption.
• Partner closely with commercial teams to translate complex clinical needs into clear, compelling narratives for executive-level audiences.
• Provide ongoing feedback from customer interactions to product and engineering teams to inform product enhancements and prioritize roadmap items aligned with real-world nursing challenges.
• Act as a subject matter expert on nursing workflows, clinical documentation, and EMR integrations to ensure solution accuracy and relevance.
• Represent Abridge as a clinical thought leader at industry conferences, webinars, and healthcare events to build credibility and visibility within the nursing and healthcare technology communities.
• Collaborate with the Product team to ensure alignment between customer feedback, clinical requirements, and product capabilities.
• Travel up to 25% to support customer engagements, site visits, and industry events.
• Serve as a trusted clinical advisor both internally and externally, influencing without direct authority across cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate clinical workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for AI-driven improvement in documentation and care delivery.
• Maintain deep familiarity with Abridge’s platform, including Linked Evidence and auditable AI features, to accurately communicate technical capabilities to non-technical stakeholders.
• Support the evaluation of nursing-specific solution features and contribute to the development of training materials and clinical use cases.
• Ensure all customer-facing communications reflect Abridge’s mission of empowering clinicians and prioritizing patient needs through empathetic, responsible AI.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally within acute care, critical care, or med-surg settings.
• Proven track record working in healthcare technology roles such as Clinical Informatics, Enterprise Analytics, or Implementation Executive.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex clinical and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including frontline clinicians, executives, and technical teams.
• Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior healthcare executives (CNOs, CNIOs, CMIOs, CIOs, CFOs).
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, influence without direct authority, and serve as a trusted clinical advisor.
• Ability to evaluate clinical workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and translate clinical requirements into technological solutions.
