📋 Description
- • The Solutions Architect – Digital Workplace role is critical to enhancing First Quality’s end-user technology experience by evaluating, recommending, and deploying modern software and hardware solutions that support collaboration, security, and operational efficiency across a geographically dispersed workforce.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating and recommending end-user software and hardware, establishing and maintaining the Digital Workplace Roadmap, deploying enterprise collaboration solutions, managing endpoint security with Information Security, administering Active Directory, maintaining OS images, providing Tier IV support, validating IT services, creating documentation, managing software licensing, and collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams on technology initiatives.
