This role transcends traditional sales engineering; it's about becoming a trusted technical advisor, a strategic partner, and an innovative problem-solver who can translate complex business needs into tangible, scalable AI implementations.
- • You will lead the charge in technical discovery sessions with Fortune 500 organizations, meticulously dissecting their operational workflows, content creation processes, and strategic objectives. Your ability to synthesize this information into a clear, compelling technical vision will be paramount. You'll be responsible for designing and architecting robust, secure, and highly scalable generative AI solutions that are tailored to the specific demands of enterprise environments. This involves leveraging the full spectrum of WRITER's platform, including its powerful APIs and custom application development capabilities, to address critical business pain points and drive transformative outcomes.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve the hands-on development and presentation of cutting-edge proofs of concept (PoCs) and dynamic demonstrations. You will craft custom templates and integrate WRITER's advanced capabilities to vividly illustrate the transformative potential of generative AI. The goal is to accelerate the customer's understanding of value and shorten their time-to-deployment, ensuring they can quickly realize the benefits of AI-powered work.
- • You will engage directly with C-suite executives, VPs of Engineering, AI leaders, and other key stakeholders within client organizations. Your expertise will guide their generative AI strategy, helping them navigate the complexities of AI adoption and defining comprehensive, enterprise-level architecture roadmaps. Building and maintaining these trusted advisor relationships is crucial for long-term success and for solidifying WRITER's position as a leader in the market.
- • Collaboration is key. You will work in close partnership with WRITER's Product Management and Engineering teams, acting as a vital conduit for customer insights. Your feedback, derived from real-world client engagements and technical challenges, will directly influence our product roadmap, ensuring that WRITER's offerings remain at the forefront of innovation and continue to meet the evolving demands of the enterprise AI landscape.
- • Furthermore, you will be an evangelist for WRITER's platform and APIs. You will educate prospects, partners, and customers on the vast possibilities of generative AI, empowering them not only to utilize our solutions but also to build their own innovative applications and workflows on top of our technology. This involves demystifying complex AI concepts and demonstrating practical applications that drive business impact.
- • This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our vibrant New York City hub, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture. You will be instrumental in driving WRITER's growth by enabling our clients to achieve unprecedented levels of efficiency, creativity, and productivity through AI.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Sales Engineering, with a strong preference for experience within high-growth B2B SaaS companies serving Fortune 500 clients.
- • Deep expertise in generative AI principles, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering best practices, coupled with a demonstrable passion for staying abreast of rapid advancements in the AI field.
- • Proficiency in Python for developing WRITER Framework solutions, alongside extensive experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, AWS SageMaker) for integrating AI into complex enterprise systems.
- • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to a diverse audience, ranging from technical practitioners to executive leadership.
- • A proven track record as a versatile and tenured problem-solver, adept at leading multi-stakeholder discovery sessions, identifying root causes of complex challenges, and architecting innovative solutions.
- • A strong builder's mindset, with a demonstrated ability to connect deeply with customer needs, challenge conventional approaches with novel AI solutions, and take ownership of the technical success and impact of client engagements.
