- • The Public Sector team at SandboxAQ plays a pivotal role in partnering with U.S. federal customers. Our mission is to deploy cutting-edge security solutions within highly regulated and mission-critical environments. This involves close collaboration with our Sales, Product, and Engineering departments to ensure that SandboxAQ technologies not only meet but exceed stringent operational, compliance, and security requirements mandated by government entities. We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Public Sector Solutions Architect to become an integral technical leader within our Revenue team.
- • In this critical role, you will engage directly with U.S. federal customers, taking ownership of the design, demonstration, and implementation of state-of-the-art security solutions. A primary focus will be on AQtive Guard, our advanced cryptographic management platform. You will be responsible for leading technical discovery processes, delivering compelling demonstrations and proofs of value that clearly articulate the benefits of our solutions, and guiding customers through the complex landscape of cryptographic risk management and compliance with evolving federal standards. This position offers a significant degree of ownership and autonomy, with the understanding that occasional on-site travel may be required to facilitate customer collaboration and ensure the success of deployments.
- • Key responsibilities include:
- • Leading in-depth technical discovery sessions to thoroughly understand customer mission requirements, technical constraints, and operational environments.
- • Delivering tailored and impactful product demonstrations that directly address the unique challenges and objectives of each federal customer.
- • Owning the complete lifecycle of proofs of value (PoVs), from initial technical scoping and environment setup to providing expert customer guidance and meticulously evaluating outcomes against predefined success criteria to secure technical wins.
- • Applying deep expertise in federal compliance and secure architectures, including frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST, and Risk Management Framework (RMF), to ensure seamless and compliant deployment within restricted government environments.
- • Serving as the primary technical liaison for the customer, effectively translating their needs and feedback to our Product and Engineering teams, thereby influencing roadmap priorities for public sector use cases.
- • Managing assigned accounts with a high level of ownership, proactively identifying potential risks, driving opportunities for deeper engagement, and operating with independence and agility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key technical stakeholders within federal agencies, understanding their long-term security strategies and challenges.
- • Contributing to the development of technical sales strategies and collateral tailored for the public sector market.
- • Staying abreast of the latest trends and advancements in cybersecurity, cryptography, and federal compliance regulations to provide informed guidance to customers and internal teams.
- • Collaborating with sales teams to qualify opportunities and define technical win strategies.
- • Articulating the value proposition of SandboxAQ's solutions in the context of national security and critical infrastructure protection.
- • Providing technical expertise during contract negotiations and proposal development phases.
- • Ensuring that all proposed solutions adhere to the highest standards of security, reliability, and performance.
- • Acting as a trusted advisor to federal clients, building confidence and establishing SandboxAQ as a leading provider of advanced security technologies.
- • Contributing to the growth and success of the Public Sector team through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
- • Participating in industry events and conferences to represent SandboxAQ and build brand awareness within the federal space.
