- • The Solutions Architect (Applied Engineer) role at Deepgram is a customer-facing technical position focused on resolving complex post-sales technical challenges while building scalable support solutions and automation to enhance customer experience and team efficiency.
- • Day to day, you will own complete post-sales customer engagements, lead technical resolution of escalated support issues, design and implement automation and self-service tools, analyze support ticket patterns for product improvements, create technical documentation, collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs, and occasionally assist with pre-sales and implementation projects.
- • Deepgram is a leader in the Voice AI economy, providing real-time speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice agent APIs used by over 200,000 developers and 1,300+ organizations including Twilio, Cloudflare, and Jack in the Box. - • The Applied Engineering (AppEng) team unifies solutions engineering, sales engineering, implementation, and technical support to serve as the technical interface between Deepgram and its customers. In this role, you will elevate technical support capabilities, influence customer support strategy, and contribute to broader pre-sales and implementation initiatives while gaining exposure to the full customer lifecycle.
