• • The Solutions Architect (Applied Engineer) role at Deepgram is a customer-facing technical position focused on resolving complex post-sales technical challenges while building scalable support solutions and automation to enhance customer experience and team efficiency.
• • Day to day, you will own complete post-sales customer engagements, lead technical resolution of escalated support issues, design and implement automation and self-service tools, analyze support ticket patterns for product improvements, create technical documentation, collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs, and occasionally assist with pre-sales and implementation projects.
