• • As a Solutions Design Analyst at Clario, you will be at the forefront of transforming clinical trials through innovative eCOA (electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment) solutions. This pivotal role involves deep collaboration with international stakeholders, guiding clients through the intricate process of designing smart, scalable, and efficient eCOA systems that are crucial for accelerating clinical research and ultimately improving patient outcomes on a global scale.
• • You will be an integral part of our project teams, taking ownership of delivering the highest caliber of eCOA solutions design consultation to a diverse international clientele. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that clinical protocols are meticulously mapped to software solutions, guaranteeing efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to project scope from inception to completion.
• • A core responsibility will be the comprehensive management and coordination of the entire Solutions Design process. This includes the critical task of gathering and meticulously documenting client requirements, translating these into detailed design specifications that form the backbone of our eCOA implementations. You will act as a subject matter expert, representing the Solutions Design team with confidence and clarity in client-facing meetings, ensuring their needs and expectations are fully understood and addressed.
• • You will be responsible for creating and diligently maintaining detailed specifications for the study-specific implementations of Clario's cutting-edge products and services. This involves ensuring a seamless and consistent flow of information, guaranteeing that trial data capture aligns perfectly with data delivery mechanisms and database structures, thereby maintaining data integrity throughout the trial lifecycle.
• • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with the Clinical Systems Translation & Licensing (CSTL) team to confirm the correct implementation of copyrighted questionnaires, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Furthermore, you will provide essential support to the Solutions Validation and Quality Control testing phases, promptly addressing any defects identified that are directly related to the design specifications.
• • Your role extends to investigating study issues that may arise beyond the initial startup phase, working collaboratively with various internal departments to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. You will actively participate in, and potentially lead, internal and external design milestone meetings, contributing to the smooth progression of projects and fostering strong client relationships.
• • As a trusted representative of the Solution Design team, you will serve as an additional delegate during client audits. In this capacity, you will articulate our process flows, highlight our adherence to industry standards, and showcase our best practices in eCOA solution design, reinforcing Clario's commitment to quality and excellence.
• • A significant aspect of your contribution will involve partnering with other Clario teams, including Business Development. You will assist in the critical review and analysis of proposals and protocols for new studies, providing essential technical and design insights that inform strategic decisions and contribute to securing new business opportunities.
