- • As a Solutions Engineer at Virtuous Software Inc., you will play a critical role in helping nonprofit organizations understand how our software platform can transform their fundraising, marketing, volunteerism, and online giving efforts by assessing technology needs and delivering tailored demonstrations.
- • Day to day, you will partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to plan and execute technical discovery sessions, lead product demonstrations, respond to RFPs/RFIs, scope implementation packages, maintain demonstration environments, and provide feedback to product teams on feature enhancements and nonprofit technology trends.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Virtuous that is committed to inspiring global generosity through innovative software, operating with values of curiosity, candor, joy, and trust while serving nonprofits and supporting community impact through volunteerism and radical generosity.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in nonprofit CRM and SaaS technologies, strengthen your technical presentation and consulting skills, and grow as a trusted advisor who bridges product capabilities with real-world nonprofit challenges to drive meaningful customer outcomes.
