Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Solutions Engineer at Virtuous Software Inc., you will play a critical role in helping nonprofit organizations understand how our software platform can transform their fundraising, marketing, volunteerism, and online giving efforts by assessing technology needs and delivering tailored demonstrations.
• • Day to day, you will partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to plan and execute technical discovery sessions, lead product demonstrations, respond to RFPs/RFIs, scope implementation packages, maintain demonstration environments, and provide feedback to product teams on feature enhancements and nonprofit technology trends.
