Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Solutions Engineer at Zip, you will serve as the technical front line of merchant and partner relationships, ensuring Zip’s payment solutions solve current business challenges and anticipate future needs through deep technical expertise and customer obsession.
• • Day to day, you will own and lead technical implementation discussions with merchants and partners across web, payment, and commerce technologies, translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions, deliver product demos to technical and non-technical stakeholders including C-level executives, troubleshoot integration issues, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to build scalable solutions across verticals and geographies.
• • You will join a collaborative, high-performing team of Solutions Engineers and cross-functional peers who move fast, think strategically, and believe deeply in delivering value to customers, operating within a remote-first culture for US-based employees with optional in-person work from Zip’s Manhattan office.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in payments, BNPL, and Zip’s platform capabilities, enhance your executive presence and technical communication skills, contribute to public developer documentation, apply AI tools to streamline implementations, and grow as a trusted advisor helping clients and internal teams achieve strategic goals through Zip’s technology.
