- • As a Solutions Engineer, AI, you will be instrumental in leading enterprise solutions for Nadia, our advanced AI coach. This involves adapting and delivering highly tailored implementations within complex customer environments. Your responsibilities will span the design, implementation, and rigorous evaluation of high-impact workflows. This includes crafting sophisticated prompts, developing effective memory and knowledge patterns, and architecting robust coaching flows. You will be tasked with balancing the strategic use of bespoke solutions with the scalability of reusable architectures, while also building the essential tooling and establishing a strong evaluation discipline to ensure the successful scaling of enterprise AI deployments.

Post-implementation, you will monitor performance, gather feedback, and work with the product team to drive continuous improvement and ensure customer success.
- • A significant part of the role involves developing and maintaining best practices for AI deployment in enterprise settings. This includes establishing robust testing and validation frameworks, defining metrics for success, and ensuring the ethical and responsible use of AI.
