- • Serve as the technical lead during live sales demonstrations, building and deploying personalized, working versions of Kyra’s platform in real time using prospect data to prove value before the meeting ends.
- • Collaborate directly with sales teams in client meetings, answering unscripted technical questions and translating complex platform capabilities into business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders like CMOs.
- • Capture and ingest real-world social and content data from prospects across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, then run it through Kyra’s proprietary AI intelligence layer to generate live, interactive demos.
- • Build functional prototypes on the spot in response to client requests — such as "Can it show me which creators drove sales?" — using the same stack as the production product.
- • Own end-to-end client onboarding for new accounts, conducting two key sessions: one to configure the platform with the client’s own data, and another to train their team on full platform usage.
- • Act as the primary feedback loop between clients and Product/Engineering, documenting every request, gap, or bespoke build observed in the field and converting it into actionable, evidence-based input for roadmap prioritization.
- • Deploy small, high-impact fixes directly to production when feasible, ensuring rapid iteration based on real-time client feedback.
- • Hand off complex, ongoing custom builds to Product Engineers with full context, documentation, and working code, ensuring seamless transition without rework.
- • Work exclusively on the production tech stack: Backend (TypeScript/Node.js and Python), Frontend (React, Next.js), LLMs (Anthropic API and in-house eval tooling), and Infrastructure (Vercel, AWS, Postgres).
- • Use AI coding tools daily — Claude Code, Cursor, and agents — to accelerate development during live demos and onboarding sessions.
- • Monitor client usage and platform behavior via tools like LogRocket and PostHog to proactively identify friction points, adoption barriers, or feature opportunities.
- • Shadow experienced team members during initial weeks to learn product depth, sales dynamics, and onboarding workflows before independently leading demos and client sessions.
- • Maintain a fast-paced, iterative workflow where requirements move from client ask to live demo in minutes, not weeks, with no reliance on long development cycles.
- • Remain embedded within the Product team, reporting directly to the Product Builder, with a dotted line to Sales, ensuring alignment between field insights and product evolution.
- • Be the first point of technical contact for clients from initial demo through go-live, ensuring continuity and trust throughout the customer journey.
- • Reject speculative pitches; instead, demonstrate concrete, data-driven proof using the client’s own data to overcome skepticism in the creator economy space.
- • Maintain a high bar for technical fluency — no prior experience with the stack is acceptable; you must already be proficient in all core technologies on day one.
- • Operate with commercial instinct: understand what drives buyer decisions and align technical capabilities directly to business outcomes, not just feature lists.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven, hands-on experience building production-grade software in TypeScript/Node.js and Python
- • Deep, daily fluency with React, Next.js, Anthropic API (Claude), and AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, agents)
- • Solid working knowledge of AWS, Vercel, and Postgres infrastructure
- • Ability to build and deploy live, customized demos in real time during client meetings using real-world data
- • Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
- • Comfort operating in high-pressure, unscripted environments where technical answers must be improvised and delivered live
