  • • Vanta is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Solutions Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in scaling our global Solutions and Revenue organizations. This is a unique opportunity to translate strategic objectives into tangible, repeatable programs that significantly enhance how we support our customers throughout their journey with Vanta, from initial engagement to ongoing success.
  • • As a Solutions Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the execution of critical internal programs designed to empower our global Solutions team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the timely and successful delivery of these initiatives, fostering seamless cross-functional alignment, and ultimately contributing to the operational excellence of the Solutions department.
  • • A key responsibility will be to lead and manage the global Consensus scaled demo program. This involves ensuring a consistent, high-quality demo experience for prospects and customers worldwide, driving adoption of the platform, meticulously tracking performance metrics, and continuously optimizing the program for maximum effectiveness and impact.
  • • You will be tasked with building and maintaining a robust, centralized knowledge hub. This hub will serve as a single source of truth for scalable assets, best practices, and essential documentation, thereby promoting consistency, knowledge sharing, and efficient reuse of resources across all Solutions teams.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves close collaboration with the Product and other cross-functional stakeholders to operationalize the Voice of Customer (VoC) intake and prioritization process. You will be responsible for synthesizing valuable customer feedback and market insights into structured, actionable updates for R&D leadership, ensuring that customer needs directly inform product development.
  • • Furthermore, you will partner with the Product and Field Readiness teams to develop and implement scalable enablement programs specifically tailored to the needs of the Solutions organization. This will involve creating and delivering training materials and resources that enhance the skills and effectiveness of our Solutions team members.
  • • You will also support the development and meticulous documentation of global standards and best practices. These standards will be crucial in improving the overall quality, consistency, and adoption of internal solutions and processes across the organization.
  • • To ensure transparency and drive continuous improvement, you will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators and maintaining comprehensive dashboards and reporting mechanisms. These reports will provide critical visibility into the Solutions team's direct contribution to revenue generation and their overall operational impact.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing solutions that enhance scalability and effectiveness. You will work at the exciting intersection of solutions consulting, program management, operational excellence, and strategic cross-functional collaboration.
  • • You will be a key liaison, partnering closely with Solutions, Product, Field Readiness, and R&D teams to ensure that our processes, tools, and insights are not only organized and measurable but also effectively scaled across all global regions.
