• • The Sourcing & Contracts Project Manager serves as a critical command center for procurement activities at Vultr, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and timely execution of all sourcing initiatives including contracts, POs, and SOWs. This role is pivotal in supporting finance and accounting teams by maintaining audit-ready documentation and driving cost-saving outcomes through rigorous diligence processes.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading end-to-end due diligence lifecycles, analyzing and sanitizing contract documentation (POs, SOWs, MSAs), performing risk and gap analyses, coordinating with internal finance/legal teams and external vendors, building real-time tracking dashboards, and validating financial compliance to ensure sourcing outcomes align with budgetary constraints.
