📋 Description

• As a Special Officer in the CEO Office, you will work directly with the CEO on the company's highest-priority initiatives.
• This is a role for exceptional generalists who can quickly understand complex problems, drive execution across functions, and deliver results under ambiguity.
• You will be expected to move between strategy, operations, product, business development, recruiting, and special projects as business priorities evolve.
• No two weeks will look the same.
• You will help solve the problems that matter most to the company.
• Partner directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives across the business.
• Lead cross-functional projects from idea to execution.
• Conduct market, competitive and business research to support decision-making.
• Break down complex problems into clear, actionable plans.
• Coordinate execution across product, engineering, operations, finance and other teams.
• Build operating processes that improve speed and execution quality.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
• Prepare business analyses, presentations and executive materials.
• Support partnerships, investments, fundraising and other strategic opportunities when required.
• Represent the CEO in meetings and follow through on key action items.
• Take ownership of critical projects and deliver measurable outcomes.
