• • As a Specialist IS Business Systems Analyst at Amgen, you will play a vital role in advancing the company’s mission to serve patients with serious illnesses by analyzing business requirements and translating them into efficient information systems solutions that drive operational efficiency and support innovative medicine delivery.
• • Day to day, you will lead end-to-end business analysis for complex initiatives, partner with stakeholders to define needs, facilitate Agile ceremonies, analyze processes for optimization, develop key artifacts like user stories and data mappings, support testing and go-live readiness, and contribute to AI-driven solution initiatives by defining business use cases.
• • You will join Amgen’s Information Systems team within a collaborative, innovative, and science-based culture dedicated to pioneering biotech solutions in oncology, inflammation, general medicine, and rare disease, reaching millions of patients annually.
